Challenge
One of Newton Media’s buyers discovered an excellent opportunity on a major affiliate in a top 75 market that would only be available for a short time . . .

Solution
We contacted the ministry that we felt was the best fit for this time period. The opportunity was an upgrade to a network affiliate and better time period—at a lower rate. The ministry made a quick decision to go for it (and to cancel a weaker station).

Result
The station continues to pay major dividends for the ministry, and the market is now far stronger for them. Today, the ministry regularly asks us to research specific markets in order to help them find other “diamonds in the rough” for their budget.
